We want to ensure our products are in the best condition when our customers receive them, especially in the case of planted troughs and planters, and the only way to guarantee this is by delivering them ourselves.

Delivery is included FREE anywhere within fifty miles of Falkirk.

Please note this is an approximate area, and extends as far southwest as Ayr and northeast as Dundee. Delivery is also free if you have ordered at one of our shows, regardless of your location.

Pick Up

As our prices include delivery, if you choose to pick up your order we will return this cost to you. Currently this amounts to a 5% discount for pick ups.

Delivery Time

You can expect your order to be ready within two to three weeks. If you require it for a specific date we will do our best to accommodate you, though there may an additional charge.

We will call you before we intend to deliver so you will have time to ready the place for your stoneware. It is not a problem if no one will be in when we deliver, but please make sure we know exactly where to leave your items as they may be difficult to relocate.

Delivery Outside Our Area

Our delivery area is restricted due to the weights and sizes of our products, however we are able to deliver outside our area if the order is sizeable. Please contact us if you are interested in placing a bulk order.

Gifts

An alpine trough makes an appealing and original gift for birthdays, anniversaries or even Christmas when it comes around again. We will gladly deliver any of our items as gifts, and will happily include any card, note or special message you wish.
